Peer Review Process
This journal uses a double-blind peer-review process, which means that reviewers do not know the identity of the authors and vice-versa, during the whole review process. Initially, manuscripts are reviewed by part of the Editorial Board to evaluate aspects such as completeness of the submission, and coherence between the manuscript and the scope of the journal, among others. After a satisfactory evaluation of the Editorial board, manuscripts are sent to a minimum of two expert reviewers to evaluate the scientific quality of the paper in terms of (i) novelty (ii) methodology, (iii) discipline, (iv) results/conclusions, among others, before a decision on a manuscript is made.
